'I had a bouquet delivered to a friend at the Mayo Clinic. At the time I was unaware that she was unable to receive flowers because she was in the ICU unit. FloristOne sent a text with that message and assured me they would keep trying until she could receive them. When I realized it might be a while before they could be delivered I was able to text to have them cancelled and my money was refunded in two days. I ordered again about 12 days later and they arrived the next day. They were absolutely stunning. Excellent customer service!'
