'The one thing I didn't like about the experience is how long it took for the delivery to arrive. I ordered the previous night and was wringing my hands all day waiting for the delivery notice. I'm not sure why it takes 11 hours to fulfill and deliver an order that's already on the books when you open shop. In the end, the patient was very happy with her flowers, and from what I saw in our video call they appear to have arrived beautifully. I don't often have the extra money to spend on perishables, but hearing the happiness in her voice (especially in the wake of painful back surgery) makes it worth every penny. Thank you!'
